Sarah is a passionate guide and advocate for creative movement, with a rich background in event planning and the performing arts. After 15 successful years producing high-profile events in Hollywood, she followed her heart and launched her own creative movement and gymnastics classes for preschool-aged children, seamlessly integrating her love for music and dance into her curriculum. Traveling to various preschools, Sarah introduced young children to the joy of creative movement, helping them discover the strength of their bodies while igniting their imaginations through song and dance.

As a devoted mother, Sarah took time to focus on family before returning to her passion for movement. Recently, she became a certified GYROTONIC® Method trainer, which deepened her understanding of body movement and wellness. With her intuitive gifts, she is dedicated to guiding individuals toward their highest potential, inspiring them to embrace their creativity and find joy in movement.

Specializing in guiding transformation, particularly in the realms of love and fear, Sarah combines her knowledge of energy bodies with the principles of the GYROTONIC® method to create a unique and holistic approach to physical fitness and well-being.
